Dear alumni of the Youth Orchestra, CYCNY and friends:

Mr. Jacy Meng, the CEO and Director of COTS TRAVEL, has agreed to meeting with parents and friends to answer questions you may have about the 2018 Asian Concert Tour. Jacy has great knowledge and experiences in his profession and has hosted many of our inter-continental tours in the past, including the latest one in 2015. This meeting will take place in the cafeteria at MS158 on Saturday, 01:30-3:30 pm, February 10, 2018.

Your are welcome to join us with your family and friends.

Please bring a copy of your passport to the meeting if you can. Patsy and I will start to collect them for reserving the seats for the 2018 Concert Tour.
