美國青年小提琴家梅修 . 瑞克爾 (Matthew Reichert) 1995蒙大為國際弦樂比賽銀牌獎 (A Silver Medallist in the Mondavi International Competition for Strings).

被舊金山Classical Voice的樂評 讚賞道, "瑞克爾的 琴聲 為銀鈴般的清脆 且具震撼力和深度之美, 筆者並對其演奏姿態, 熟練流暢的 技巧 亦特別地 欣賞..." 瑞克爾獲得茱麗亞 音樂學院 (The Juilliard School of Music) 小提琴演奏學士, 當時師事 Dorothy DeLay Naoko Tanaka. 之後追隨 Masako Kawasaki Itzhak Perlman 習琴 於紐約市立大學 (The City University of New York ) 且取得碩士學位, 並於1999年受聘留校擔任 小提琴教學.

瑞克爾曾跟隨 Felix Galimir, Joel krosnick, Henry Meyer Daniel Philips 等學習室內樂演奏, 並參加Itzhak Perlman, Yehudi Menhuin, Eduard Melkus 東京弦樂四重奏成員 (Members of the Tokyo String Quartet) 的大師班教學之演出.

目前任教小提琴於新澤西州拉特格斯大學 (Rutgers University)及紐約 市立大學. 曾任愛荷華大學 (University of Iowa) 小提琴副教授 (1997-98), 以及任職Dorothy Delay 茱麗亞音樂學院和阿斯本音樂節 (Aspen Music Festival) 之助教 (1995-2002).

他與樂團合作演出協奏曲或小提琴獨奏會 及其大師班 (Master Class) 教學 已遍及 中美洲, 中國, 美國及從前的蘇聯. 最近瑞克爾出版一張布拉姆斯小提琴與鋼琴 奏鳴曲  (Sonatas of Johannes Brahms for violin and piano) 專集之CD.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

MATTHEW REICHERT, a silver medalist in the 1995 Mondavi International Competition for Strings was thus described by critics "...his sound is dark, vibrant, and ringing...[I] was in awe of Reichert's poise, of his facility, and especially of the depth and beauty of his sound... " -San Francisco Classical Voice.

Matthew Reichert received the Bachelor of Music degree at The Juilliard School where he studied with Dorothy DeLay and Naoko Tanaka. He continued his studies with Masao Kawasaki and Itzhak Perlman at The City University of New York where he received The Master of Music degree and was subsequently invited to join the faculty in 1999.  He studied Chamber Music with Felix Galimir, Joel Krosnick, Henry Meyer, and Daniel Philips as well as participating in master classes of Itzhak Perlman, Yehudi Menhuin, Eduard Melkus, and members of the Tokyo String Quartet.


Matthew Reichert is currently on the faculties of Rutgers University and The City University of New York, as well as having previously served as Assistant Professor of Violin at The University of Iowa (1997-1998) and a teaching assistant of Dorothy DeLay at the Juilliard School and the Aspen Music Festival (1995-2002).

Matthew Reichert performed with orchestra, in recital as well as has given master classes and lectures throughout the former Soviet Union, Central America, The People’s Republic of China, the United States and has recently completed an independent compact disc of the Sonatas of Johannes Brahms for violin and piano.
